Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, FloBOT is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

FloBOT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloBOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Changes to Terms
